An evening to rest and reconnect back home to the self.

This evening is set with the intention to help you reconnect back to the self, in a safe, secure setting. There is nothing for you to do, just be.

My name is Tamsin and I am a play and creative arts Therapist and sound healer and my work is not about fixing you but helping you to realease what is not yours. 

To help you return to your true self without the masks, protections or words/actions of others that sometimes hold us back.

I am trauma informed, insured and registered with BACP. Helping you find comfort in the high ethical standards I work within.

 

This evening weaves together meditation, sound journey, gentle touch and grounding herbal teas.
