Begin the evening by creating your own stunning mandala coaster, learning the mindful art of dot painting in a calm, supportive environment. No previous artistic experience is needed—simply come along and enjoy the creative process.

The evening then flows into a deeply relaxing Sacred Sound Healing session with soul songstress Claire Marie Doyle, using soothing vocals and healing sound to encourage rest, reflection and inner calm.
