Shizen-No Judo Club is a friendly, community-focused judo club based in the heart of Dunstable, welcoming children from the age of five through to teenagers and adults.

Whether you're completely new to martial arts or looking to develop your skills, Shizen-No provides a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to learn, improve and enjoy the journey together.

Judo is much more than throwing techniques. It helps develop confidence, respect, discipline, resilience, balance and coordination while providing a fantastic way to keep fit and make lasting friendships. Every session is delivered in a safe, inclusive atmosphere where members are supported to progress at their own pace.

The club welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced judoka and offers structured classes throughout the week for different age groups and abilities.

Weekly Classes

• 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Primaries (Under 10s)
• 2:00pm – 3:00pm – Juniors (Under 16s)
• 3:00pm – 4:30pm – Seniors & Juniors

🥋 Wednesday
• 8:00pm – 9:30pm – Seniors & Junior Green Belts
