I am a qualified, trauma-informed counsellor offering a safe, warm, and entirely "anti-clinical" environment for adults.

I specialise in supporting people navigating burnout, chronic exhaustion, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. If you are carrying the heavy weight of feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to untangle it alone.
